TERMS:


“I DO” Transportation, LLC requires half down to reserve your date and event. The balance is due 30 days before the event. Cancellation of service must be made 30 days before the event's scheduled date for a full refund. NO REFUNDS will be issued on cancellations less than 30 days from the scheduled event date or unused time. A 20% gratuity will be added on all-time overages, airport, and point-to-point transfers.

*Prices are subject to change, based on mileage, add-ons, or overtime spent on scheduled events.

*Drivers are only allowed to go to locations that are on final schedules.

*If your child is legally required to be in a safety seat, the same applies when riding in our vehicles. Insurance prevents us from providing them as part of our service, but families are welcome to provide their own.

COST, FEES and PAYMENT:


“I DO” Transportation, LLC will ONLY accept payments via credit card. Payments can be completed via our secure payment link sent from us to the contact email or phone number provided.


“I DO” Transportation, LLC will provide you with a point of contact before your event. We highly suggest you encourage your guests to be timely... no one wants to be late, especially for a wedding!

“I DO” Transportation, LLC will hold card information on file and reserves the right to charge overages as discussed during contracting including any other fees for damages or cleaning, if applicable.


* Overages are charged by the hour, the SHUTTLE current rate is $102 and the LIMO current fee is $150*


“I DO” Transportation, LLC will hold the client/renter of services accountable for his/her guests, for any damages sustained during their event. “I DO” Transportation, LLC will NOT be held responsible for late arrivals caused by (but not limited to) traffic, hazardous weather, or incorrect information provided for address location. “I DO” Transportation, LLC is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items.

Final Payments / Timelines: Final payments are due 30 days prior to the event date, charges will occur with the card on file. In addition, a 3-week progress call will be scheduled to discuss and gather final details to complete timelines. Timelines must be completed 2 WEEKS prior to the event date. Last-minute changes are NOT guaranteed.

Travel Fee: Additional fees may apply for any travel more than 60 miles from Montgomery, TX.

Holiday Fee: “I DO” Transportation, LLC recognizes major holidays, booking on these days will incur a 25% fee. This fee is based on the package price.
