“I Do” Transportation requires half down to reserve your date and event. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations of service must be made 30 days prior to the scheduled date of the event for a full refund. No refunds will be issued on cancellations inside 30 days from the scheduled event date. A 20%gratuity is included on all hourly package prices. A 20% gratuity will be included on all time overages, airport and point to point transfers transactions.
PAYMENT: “I Do” Transportation will ONLY accept payments via credit or debit card. Payments can be completed via our online payment portal or a secure payment link sent from us to the contact email and/or phone number provided.
“I Do” Transportation will provide you with a point of contact prior to your event. Encourage your guests to be timely…. No one wants to be late, especially to a wedding!
“I Do” Transportation will hold card information on file and reserves the right to charge overage amounts as discussed during contracting as well as fees for damages or cleaning if applicable.
“I Do” Transportation will hold the client / renter of services accountable for his /her guests, for any damage sustained during their event. “I Do” Transportation will not be held accountable for late arrivals caused by (but not limited to) traffic, hazardous weather, or incorrect address.
